FABRICATION

IPS’ fabrication plant ensures that each fabrication project meets customer specifications for accuracy, cost-effectiveness, quality and on-time delivery. The controlled work environment of the fab plant provides efficient productivity and quality assurance/quality control, superior to that which can be assured in the field.

Highly trained welders work with a wide variety of metal materials including; carbon, stainless, chrome, nickel and aluminum. IPS also specializes in grooved, thin wall, jacketed, fiberglass, and PVC/CPVC fabrication. IPS is a member of AWS and PFI. We are licensed under the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
